Hi Everyone!

Here are all the details you need for tomorrow morning's meet. For our meet theme we are throwing a Locals Luau. Break out the leis, grass skirts, Hawaiian shirts, and tropical vibes because we’re bringing the island spirit poolside this weekend!

The Crab Shack will be open early with coffee and some tasty breakfast sandwiches available. In addition to tasty treats, they will also have assorted apparel items—including our 2025 Team T-Shirt—and swim caps for sale.

As usual, our team area is behind the far side of the pool (opposite the starting end). Please don't set up any tents along the bleacher side of the pool in order to leave that area clear for spectators and people walking through. Thank you!

• Meet Information is available here. Please plan to arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 AM and have your swimmer check in with the coaches. Warm-ups will begin at 7:10 AM. Volunteers should check-in at the Blue Crab gate by 7:30 AM. The meet begins at 8:00 AM.
• Meet Entries are available here. This is helpful for seeing the events your swimmer will swim. The coaches would love it if you could mark your swimmer's hand/arm with their event and heat numbers.
• Meet Program is available here. This is helpful for bringing with you to the meet to track the flow of the meet to know what is going on and who is swimming in each event. The meet will run on a rolling schedule.
• GroupMe - Please join our GroupMe event group where we will announce the events that need to report to Clerk of Course during the meet. Please download the app and join the event group for Saturday's meet.

Four more important notes:

1. PARENT RELAY: We have a few more spots available for the parent relay for our meet tomorrow! If you are interested, please sign-up here. This is your last chance to participate this season. Blue Crab Koozies will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams!
2. POOL PARTY: Stick around after the meet for a swim team only pool party for all Blue Crabs and Seahawks swimmers! We will have pizza, chips, and popsicles. Immediately following the meet we will get the pool deck back in order (take tents down, put chairs away, etc.). Lunch will be served at 12:30p and we will wrap things up by 1:50p. 
3. TEAM STORE: This weekend is your last chance to get your hands on some Blue Crabs apparel! Our team store is closing tomorrow night at 11:59 PM!
4. RELAY CARNIVAL: The coaches are working on finalizing line-ups for the relay carnival. Thank you so much to everyone who marked their availability. Since not everyone who is available will be swimming, we will plan on sending out the meet line-up by tomorrow night.
